Switch from enriched wheat pasta to a rice pasta, and opt for a other grain breads rather than enriched white or wheat breads.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats that can be found in fish,such as salmon, halibut, tuna and scallops, walnuts, walnut oil, winter squash, kidney beans, flaxseed, flaxseed oil, and oilve oil. Since the body cannot produce omega-3 fats on its own, a regular intake of this dietary source would be required.
